Sunday was my 12th birthday and my sister surprised me with this Monster High set!
This set lets you customize your doll.
These are the three dolls in the Monster High’s Inner Monster line. You can also get extra accessories for each doll sold separately.
This set comes with:
- One doll (dressed in shirt & skirt)
- One diary
- One stand
- One wig
- One brush
- Little icons
- One faceplate
- One purse
- Two pairs of shoes
- Vines and octopus tentacles
- One pair of sunglasses
- One stand
Here are both sides of the instructions. It shows the contents and more moods for you to create.
Like most Monster High sets, this set comes with a diary for the character. Unlike the normal diary, a story about your doll, you get to personalize this with up to six different moods you created for your doll.
This style of stand is called a saddle sand. Instead of hooking onto the waist, like most Monster High stands, the stand hooks in-between the legs.
I’m happy this purse opens, but wish it could have a little more room.
Once you take off her outfit, you can see how unique her body is. Her head, limbs, and the orange plastic around her blue skeleton, are removable.
Here is her body with the orange casing removed. You can add little icons that affect her mood.
Here is the torso without the limbs.
Here is her basic head.
When you press on her green brain, her eye color changes. I love this feature!
My favorite are the purple eyes!
Her hair for me, was a real disappointment. Her hair looks so beautiful on the box pictures, but in person the hair is really stiff and dry. To help, I used some water in a spray bottle and moved the hair around a bit.
There is little pieces on the wig that attach to the head. If you had more than one doll in the inner monster line or an accessory pack, you could switch hair.
The little groves on the side of the head make it possible to change face expressions with faceplates!
Trying the box looks:
I love this look! The shoes are the cutest thing EVER! The vines are a really good idea.
I love the octopus tentacles, and once again, love the shoes! Sorry I didn’t get those in this picture.
This doll has no name, and it’s confusing me! Any suggestions on names?
I love her, and hope you liked her too!
Have fun with your doll!
